Crispian Lord is an ex-PwC senior Partner where he built and led the Asset & Wealth Management Practice for over 10 years. Prior to joining PwC he worked at Capco, FSA, KPMG and The Bank of England.

Crispian specialises in the definition and delivery of new operating models resulting from business and regulatory change. He has over 20 years of experience managing programme delivery of senior level and complex engagements across SWFs, AMs, banks, brokers, funds and infrastructure companies.

He has leveraged his prior experience as a regulator at the Bank of England and FSA to assist clients with the interpretation and practical execution of new regulations throughout his career. This has included changes arising from MiFID II, EMIR, Recovery and Resolution planning and new capital and liquidity rules.

He has advised multiple global clients on the impact of these rules and worked with them to develop new strategies, businesses, booking models, and legal and business unit structures.

Crispian qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and as an Associate Member of the Corporate Treasury Association
